What is this

The detailed zoning is the combined planning drawing that merges into one layer the functional zoning from all planning documents in force — spatial plans, local plans and detailed plans. It is the closest thing to what the municipal building authority sees.

Unlike the general zoning layer, here you can also see the internal zoning of detailed plans — how a specific territory is divided into plots and what use is intended for each of them. Useful when planning development or evaluating a plot with a detailed plan in force.
