What is this

In Latvia, real estate is auctioned by sworn bailiffs (forced auctions over debts and recoveries) and insolvency administrators. Auctions are held electronically on the Court Administration's auction site, where property can often be bought below market price.

An auction listing usually contains only an address and dry facts. Our map shows auctions geographically — you immediately see where the object is, what the surroundings are like, and you can compare it with real transaction prices in the area to judge whether the auction is actually a good deal.
