What is this

Territories with special provisions (TIN) are areas for which, on top of the general zoning, the municipality has set additional requirements. They can be historic development areas, scenic places, resort territories, degraded territories or places with special engineering conditions.

In practice this means that even where the zoning allows development, a TIN can impose extra restrictions — for example requirements for façades, roof shape, height or land subdivision. That is why it must be checked together with the zoning, not separately.
